Heat exchangers for oil and gas in the UAE: thermal equipment engineered for upstream, midstream and refining service, built and serviced in Abu Dhabi.

Cooling systems supply in the UAE: packaged cooling systems supplied complete and ready to install, engineered as a system rather than assembled from separately bought parts.

A cooling package is designed as one system, so that the pump, exchanger, fan and controls are selected against each other rather than independently.
Cooling duty is established along with required temperatures, flow rates and design ambient.
System configuration is selected: open circuit, closed loop, or closed loop with a secondary heat rejection stage.
The heat rejection element is sized at real peak ambient, whether that is an air-cooled exchanger, cooling tower or chiller.
Pumps, pipework and valves are sized to the circuit so that flow and pressure match what the exchanger needs.
Engineered against the specific failures that cost operators downtime, contamination or wasted energy.
Systems assembled from separately procured components frequently mismatch. Pumps that do not suit the circuit, fans undersized for real ambient and controls that do not coordinate all shorten equipment life.
Cooling that fails takes production with it. Where a process cannot tolerate interruption, redundancy has to be designed into the package rather than added after the first failure.
Split procurement leaves no single party responsible for whether the system meets duty. When it underperforms, each supplier can demonstrate that their component meets its own specification.

The heat exchanger at the centre of the package is designed and built by us, not bought in and integrated on trust.

Sizing reflects what equipment actually delivers at 50°C, which is where imported packages specified elsewhere commonly disappoint.

Cleaning, retubing and repair of the package equipment is our core business, so long-term support is not subcontracted.
What sets cooling systems from Dolphin Group apart, in specific and measurable terms.
One supplier accountable for whether the system meets duty, rather than several each meeting their own component specification.
Heat rejection rated at regional peak conditions, where systems specified to catalogue conditions fall short.
Pumps, exchangers, fans and controls selected against each other so the system performs as an integrated whole.
Packages assembled and tested at our facility, which moves commissioning problems off site and out of the critical path.
Skid-mounted delivery means connection rather than construction, shortening installation time.
The same team that built the package maintains it, including the exchangers within it.
Design codes, materials and testing scope confirmed for every cooling systems order.

Because the components have to work as a system. When they are bought separately no single party is responsible for whether the system meets duty, and mismatches between pump, exchanger and fan are common.
Closed loop keeps the coolant clean and protects sensitive equipment from scaling and fouling, at higher capital cost. Open circuit is cheaper and efficient where good water treatment can be maintained. The equipment being cooled usually decides it.
Heat rejection equipment is sized at regional peak ambient rather than standard rating conditions. This is the most frequent shortfall in packages specified elsewhere and imported.
Yes. N+1 pump and heat rejection arrangements are configured to the criticality of the process, and it is far cheaper to design in than to add later.
Yes. Assembly and testing at our facility means faults are found in the workshop rather than on your critical path during commissioning.
Yes, including site supervision, connection support, commissioning and performance verification against the design duty.
Send the heat load, required coolant temperatures, available utilities and site constraints through the RFQ form. If the duty is not fully defined we can help establish it.
Send your duty requirements or existing datasheet, and our engineers will confirm the right configuration.
